Marvel Nemesis Rises to Retailers
Rise of the Imperfects is shipping now.
The Redwood City-based software giant Electronic Arts has announced that Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects has shipped to North American retailers nationwide. Boasting more than 17 different characters from the Marvel Universe (as well as all-new ones created specifically for the game and its coinciding comic book mini-series), Rise of the Imperfects is the first one-on-one Marvel-based fighting title since Capcom released its ports of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for the PS2 and Xbox nearly three years ago.
Developed by Nihilistic Software and produced by EA Canada, Marvel Nemesis has a host of various features that are designed to make the most of the Marvel license (including destructible environments, art designs by Jae Lee, and a story by Mark Millar). Spider-Man, Magneto, Wolverine, Daredevil, Venom, and the Human Torch are but a few of the characters that gamers can expect to fight with as well.
