Wondering if there will actually be any new features for this years Madden release? Well let's take a look, because it seems they have added some very awesome features, especially online.

One of the main additions to the online mode for Madden 10 will be the online franchise mode. Last year you were able to start an online league, but it would only carry one year and the player really didn't have many features compared to the offline franchise mode.

Well, not anymore. EA has added EVERYTHING that you can usually do offline into the online version of the franchise mode. At E3 they announced that players will be able to do live drafts, trades, message boards. Hold on though, that isn't the most exciting news, the big news will all this is that you don't actually have to be on your console to run your franchise. 

EA is releasing an iPhone application and making the internet available to manage your team, submit trades, sign free agents and even do a live draft! Now, my work productivity at my desk is just going to fall greatly...This is huge news, and very exciting news for fans urging for more options with the online franchise mode.

Another good addition online is that you will be able to play co-op on the same team online. You can have 2vs2 games against someone online, with you and your buddy on the same team, playing fullback and runningback. This adds another level of fun while your buddy is over wanting to smash the rock around.

Madden 10 is truly coming out with some great additions and really looks like it is worth upgrading from last year's title.
